Global Service & Operations Director with over 30 years on ship and 20 years of experience managing complex, high-stakes mechanical service and repair operations worldwide. My foundation was built early, learning the mechanics of troubleshooting in my father’s garage from the age of 10, and later forged in the engine rooms of the US Navy as a Machinist's Mate. I bring a unique blend of deep technical expertise, crisis-tested leadership from my time as a Firefighter and Sheriff Special, and sharp corporate acumen from managing service sales at Cintas. For more than two decades at Federal Equipment Co. (FEC), I have successfully directed global service teams, delivering complex OEM repair jobs ahead of schedule, under budget, and across international borders.
Managing massive industrial projects prepared me well for my favorite role: being a husband to my lovely wife, Tina, a father to four beautiful daughters, and a grandfather to three grandsons. Mastering the logistics of a large family has made me an expert at juggling resources and tasks without ever losing sight of what matters most. Whether I am traveling with Tina, playing with the grandkids, attending church, or enjoying a quiet day off, I believe that God has blessed me with a beautiful family an in being able to take the time to "stop and smell the roses."
